You have telephone access to our team of experts who are able to quickly respond with guidance on any critical human resources or safety-related issue. This program also offers access to a members-only section of the Strategic HR web site, substantially reduced admission fees to seminars or webinars on the latest human resources or safety issues and topics, and discounts on services not covered by the HR Membership (such as employee handbooks, human resources audits, and job descriptions).

On-Site Human Resources Manager Program

Under this program, a senior human resources consultant works at your location(s) for a set number of visits per week or month to help manage, direct, or support your human resources function. You also receive all of the services provided through the HR Membership Program.

Full-Service Human Resources Program

This program enables you to outsource your entire human resources function to Strategic HR and is completely customized to your specific needs. Some of the services include employee benefits administration, payroll services, employee relations, development of policies and procedures, compliance with state and federal regulations, performance management, and utilization of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
